![]() ![]() The underground part is a little bit like Dungeon Keeper but those monsters in the trailer didn't show up yet. You also unlock the underground mines when you have X number of engineers. Then you need X resources to unlock something else, and so on. ![]() Like the above you need X workers in order to unlock additional buildings, so you keep on building houses and satisfying their needs. The game also has a pretty defined upgrade path where something new unlocks when you reach a certain threshold. I feel like if you follow the story enough it'll probably finish up in like 15-20 hours. The demo is maybe good for an hour or two (my playtime says 87 minutes), the city building part is a little like Banished but there's an obvious story element to this game and a pretty clear endpoint. I guess that's not what they intended to have, it feels slightly exploity. Then I plop some more worker houses and make them satisfied, upgrade them and move them away. So what I did was upgrade the worker houses to engineer houses and then immediately move them away. You also need the regular houses to have 100% satisfaction in their needs in order to upgrade them (ie if their resource provider is too far away they will not be satisfied). Having just finished playing the demo, I like the fact that you can freely move the buildings around after you plop them down, but at no cost whatsoever and it's instant.Īt one point you are supposed to have some regular worker houses upgraded to engineer houses, which has different needs. /r/GamePhysics - Clips of game physics shining and glitchingĭesign based on /r/FlatBlue created by /u/creesch./r/gaming4gamers - middle ground between purely-for-fun and more serious subreddits./r/GamingLeaksAndRumours - Leaks and Rumors.Posting unmarked spoilers will result in removal and warning, and posting spoilers with malicious intent will result in a ban.
